How will I know when the payment is received by my provider?

Students:

You can track your payment every step of the way from your very own Cohort Go account. To track your payment, head to ‘My Cohort Go’.

When your payment status is green, this means your education, accommodation or service provider has received your payment.        

Agents:

You will receive progress notifications via your live dashboard and email notifications to ensure enrolments are completed with no delays. The education provider will be notified once Cohort Go receives the funds and then again once we have settled it into their nominated bank account.
