Do I need Branch code (i.e. BSB) in order to make payment to Cohort Go?

A BSB (Bank-State-Branch) is a six-digit number that identifies banks and branches across Australia. It is required when making either domestic or international bank transfer to an Australian bank account. However, if the bank account is a Foreign Currency Accounts (FCA) that resides in Australia,  BSB is not required. You should simply be able to send via SWIFT / WIRE using the SWIFT code and account number.

In case your bank requests you to provide BSB in order to make payment to a Cohort Go account that resides in Australia (i.e. the bank address in your payment instruction is an Australian address), please provide 014002 to your bank.

If you are making payment from countries outside Australia via domestic bank transfer, the bank account details listed in the payment instruction you received from us are sufficient.
